Speakers who want to unleash their superpower of speaking are attracted to me as their Empowerment Coach. When I work with clients, we focus on Mindset, Message and Mission. It’s about so much more than standing on a stage and ‘giving a speech’. I help speakers build their confidence and overcome that imposter syndrome of “Who am I? Why would anyone want to hear me speak?” I love working with heart-centered leaders and speakers who believe that speaking is service. 

These speakers know in their hearts that they’re meant to speak. For them, it’s a calling, a conviction. We help them achieve increased confidence in their mindset, better clarity of their message, and embrace the calling of their mission so they can continually make a positive impact in the world. We develop amazing, engaging speakers who become adept at taking the audience on an emotional journey, resulting in them taking action. Whether one is a storyteller, an inspirer, or an expert in their field, when speakers work with me, they discover how to effectively embody their message and deliver it in a powerful and memorable way that connects with their audience.

What Makes Your Business Unique?

When I have a good understanding of what my client’s message is, I have the unique ability to show them how to bring that message to life. That means using everything at our disposal as a speaker: our hand, body, and facial gestures and being intentional with things like volume, pitch, tone, cadence, pacing, pauses and so much more. 

Too many speakers have a great message, but they are one note, one volume, one tone and they don’t know how to move purposefully on stage. Instead of becoming an inspiration, they then become a distraction that prevents the audience from fully tuning in and receiving their amazing message. 

We work on all that together.  When I say “Unleash your Superpower” I truly mean that. Think of any superhero, just because they were born with, bestowed or accidentally gained superpowers, that does not mean they automatically and immediately knew how to wield that power confidently and effectively. It takes practice, understanding, being in tune and more. Your message is your superpower. Speaking and how you deliver it, like Thor’s hammer, is your weapon. 

Your Message can create change, bring hope and inspiration, fight injustice and give voice to the voiceless.  The most important thing for you to know as a speaker is that someone is waiting for YOU. That person is waiting for you to show up and deliver your message to them in a bigger, more powerful way because your message matters and contains the answers that they were seeking. Biography: 

Christoff J. Weihman is an international speaker, Speaker Empowerment Coach, and #1 best-selling author. He is the creator and producer of the Ultimate Speaker Competition with the focus of “Empowering Speakers to Share their Greatness.” To date, they have produced 9 Ultimate Speaker Competitions, which have brought nearly 150 speakers from around the U.S. together for 2 days of connection, competition, and collaboration. He and his wife, Michelle Renee Weihman, RN, BSN, are also the new co-executive producers of the TV show, Speak UP, found on Prime Video, now entering its 5th season. 

Christoff’s passion is in working with other heart-centered leaders who desire to make a positive impact in the world. He is known for being a Master Connector, earning him an award for it in 2019. He is not only a Speaker Empowerment Coach, but also a connector for friends and clients alike, always opening doors and making introductions for them to new stages and opportunities. 

Christoff spent 10 plus years in the Pacific & Asia serving with a non-denominational Christian Mission organization. While there, he learned to read, write, and speak two Philippine languages. After that, he spent a dozen years in Los Angeles pursuing acting, screenwriting and stand-up comedy. He is also known as a Five Star Customer Experience Expert and Master Trainer. Whatever Christoff focuses on, he does it with a mindset and attitude of excellence. He has also been known to be a pretty decent karaoke singer of Tagalog folk and love songs, which can be found in multiple places on YouTube.
